Meal Planning Monday: 2nd Dec

As we begin the first week of December, we are getting ever closer to the Christmas season! Last week was a very busy week indeed, and it resulted in several meals not going ahead as planned – it was a case of simply not having enough time to dedicate to preparing the quiche and the burgers as I had planned last week, so hopefully, I’ll have time this week! Since all assignments are pretty much near completion and exam week is fast approaching, the first semester of my 3rd year is nearly over…then just need to decide what happens for the next chapter!

Sweet potato chips and lean beef burger (no bun) and salad

Gnocchi and pesto with goats cheese and salad

Chicken curry with rice and side salad – naan bread.
